That’s right folks. Petter Solberg has just taken delivery of his new car. Can you guess what it is?

The Blue Oval fans will certainly be happy. According to his wife Pernilla’s Facebook page, this stunning white Mark 2 Escort has just arrived into their home garage all the way from Viking Motorsport!

And it won’t be long until the car makes its rally debut. Petter plans to get the car dirty at a local event called the Rally Finnskogsvalsen this Saturday.

Interestingly, his wife Pernilla will navigate but it won’t be her first time in the hot seat. She used to navigate for Per-Inge Walfridsson, although she admits that was 22 years ago.

I’m sure they can’t wait…and neither can Petter’s fans!
